Three primary characters are introduced to us in “Kuch Khatta Ho Jaye”: I truly want to be like her grandfather, Brij Bhushan Chawla, as well as Heer Chawla, a carefree youngster, and Ira Mishra, a driven young woman who aspires to be an IAS officer. Make a wonderful grandpa. The pair is under more pressure to tie the knot and start a family. They devise a scheme: Ira will be able to concentrate on her studies without having to work if they act like she is pregnant. However, when the family finds out that she is indeed pregnant, things go wrong and absurd circumstances arise.

The movie takes place in a large, vibrant home with interesting family members and lots of enjoyable moments. Despite the fact that some of the situations seem a little ridiculous, the novel is filled with puns and gags. The Taj Mahal and other well-known Agra sights are brilliantly caught on film.

Guru Randhawa’s portrayal of Heer is charming, while Saiee Manjrekar does a fantastic job as Ira. They have a nice on-screen chemistry. Ila Arun excels as the sassy, maternal aunt, and Anupam Kher is excellent as the carefree grandfather. Brahmanandam plays a humorous role as a comedic mafia boss, and Paritosh Tripathi plays a humorous role as the adopted son.

Even though “Kuch Khatta Ho Jaye” is based on a well-known concept, it is nevertheless a pleasant family drama with a blend of comedy, drama, and romance.

This week’s release of Kuch Khattaa Ho Jaay marks the big screen debut of renowned singer and songwriter Guru Randhawa, who is best known for his hit songs “Banja Tu Meri Rani,” “Naach Meri Rani,” and “Ishare Tere.” The cast of the G. Ashok-directed movie includes Saiee Manjrekar, Anupam Kher, and Ila Arun.

Although Kuch Khattaa Ho Jaay is billed as a slice-of-life family comedy, does it live up to the hype? Let’s investigate.
A diligent girl named Iraa (Manjrekar) aspires to be an IAS officer. She wants to live her life without being sidetracked from her dreams. Her family, however, desires that she get married and start a family.

Heer (Randhawa), on the other hand, is a member of a wealthy Agra-based business family that owns a chain of confectionery stores. Before passing away, his grandfather (Kher) states that he would like to see his grandson get married and have the opportunity to play with his great-grandson. Under duress, Iraa and Heer are married, but a miscommunication makes both of their families think the couple is expecting a child. The main plot point of the story is what transpires next.

There is romance, comedy, and drama in Kuch Khattaa Ho Jaye. The movie also addresses the pressures from society and parents. But nothing strikes the correct chord. With the exception of a few one-liners, the script is stale.
In his music videos, Guru Randhawa plays a far more engaging role than he did in his feature debut.

It’s easier to keep people’s attention for a few minutes during a song than it is to keep them interested for over two hours during a film. The singer needs the right training if he wants to perform in additional movies. Saiee is charming and understated, making an impression. In emotionally charged sequences, she excels. Experienced actors like Anupam Kher and Ila Arun give good performances, which helps to make the movie somewhat watchable. Additionally excellent are Paresh Ganatra, Atul Srivastava, and Paritosh Tripathi.
